This is according to Chief Administrative Secretary in the Ministry of Lands Gideon Mung’aro.

Mung'aro is among 14 counties that the ministry is working to ensure title deeds especially for schools.

According to CAS, this will help address cases of fraud and land grabbing which is facing learning institutions.

He called on learning institutions that are yet to receive title deeds to apply and ensure they secure their institutions from grabbers.

Nakuru County through collaboration with the Ministry of Lands has already prepared over 20,000 title deeds.
