President Uhuru Kenyatta on Tuesday visited and held talks with his deputy William Ruto at Harambee House Annex.
The meeting between the two leaders comes amid heightened war of words over corruption fight.
A section of Jubilee party supporters in Kisii county while speaking in Kisii town reacted differently following the meeting.
"Uhuru meeting DP Ruto is a clear indication that the leaders are still having a cordial relationship. As a Jubilee supporter I'm appealing to the top leaders to ignore critics and work in line with their promises," said Brian Omae.
Amos Nyakundi argued that the meeting is a clear proof that NASA leader Raila Odinga won't manage to break the bond between Uhuru and Ruto.
"It is evident that Raila's plan to make Jubilee party collapse won't succeed. Let Uhuru and Ruto focus on the Big 4 Agenda," Nyakundi stated.
Celestine Nyanchama appealed to DP Ruto to support Uhuru in the fight against graft.
"The meeting should end the heated war of words over graft between them. Kenyans want to see the leaders working together," she noted.
Daniel Kiage challenged Ruto to stop engaging Raila so much.
"Ruto should ignore Raila and work towards the implementation of the Big 4 Agenda," said Mr Kiage.
