Nairobi-based socialite Huddah Monroe has come out to reveal that she played a role of Kayai in a popular TV drama Vitimbi.

Kayai was the daughter of the late Mzee Ojwang’ and his wife Mama Kayai. 

She further made a shocking revelation on the amount she used to be paid. Huddah said that she used to earn Sh500 for every show.

Vitimbi was a popular TV show in the 1980’s and 1990’s. It used to be broadcasted on KBC. Most people have since migrated away from KBC and are watching other TV channels. 

Huddah Monroe (Kayai) didn’t feature a lot on the show, and that’s why many people never noticed her.
