Speaking on Monday morning at Citizen TVs daybreak, the Kiminini Mp said, the allegations and video that went viral should not be taken lightly as the issue raised by Sonko is weighty which require in-depth investigation arguing that Kenyans are entitled to information about their leaders and government.

"Kenyans have a right to information. Through the video about her that went viral, it brings the question on matters of her moral standing and integrity. People want to know what transpired," he said.

Governor Mike Sonko while appearing last week in a short-lived interview at JKLive which he further went on to proceed on his facebook live page, alleged that the women representative has been calling him to give her money in exchange of the kind gesture.

Governor Sonko further stated that the Parliamentarian had been receiving and claiming per diem, claims the women leader had rubbished on Monday morning moments after landing at JKIA from Vancouver Canada stating that Kenyans should treat Sonko's allegations as lies.

The brewing animosity and hatred between the two National leaders have placed their reputation to question as women leaders jumped to the defence of the women representative.
