Three days after 12 people died in a grisly accident at Sogea along the Nairobi-Nakuru highway, Climax Coaches Transport Company, that one of its buses was involved in the grisly accident, has commenced inspection exercise of all its buses.

The company has embarked on an exercise to ensure all its vehicles are correctly fitted with digital speed governors and that they are well serviced.

A spot check at one of the Digital Electronic Services provider along Kanu Street on the outskirts of Nakuru town shows a busy schedule with more than seven Climax Coaches buses at the garage for inspection.

James Otieno Onyango said the move was part of service checkup.

Onyango added that they are also advising drivers and other motorists on how to go about their vehicles while on the roads.

“Following the accidents on our roads as the service provider, I requested them to ensure the vehicles are brought for inspection to ensure they are in order and the speed governors are functioning well,” he said Mr.Onyango.
