South Mugirango MP Sylvanus Osoro has asked Interior CS Fred Matiang'i to take action against Kenyenya police officers who killed civilians on Wednesday.
The vocal MP said the officers should responsible for the killing of a matatu conductor only identified as Onderi must be brought to book.
"Matiang'i has been promising that he is ready to transform the police boss. Let him act with speed and ensure justice for victims," he said during an interview with Egesa FM on Wednesday evening.
Osoro condemned the killing of Mr. Onderi saying police officers have failed to end escalating cases on crime in the entire Gusii region.
"It is time a legal action should be taken against the Kenyenya police officers who tortured and killed a matatu conductor who could have been arraigned in court if he had committed an offence," he added.
