While depressed you will experience cognitive changes. This can include easily forgetting things and having difficulty in making your own decisions.

The immune system is the most important in the human body. Depression can weaken your immune system hence the ability to fight diseases becomes low.

Due to lack of appetite and lack of eating, you will experience some weight loss and become underweight within a few days.
Lack or too much sleep
Sleeping is essential to any human being. Depression will make you experience long nights. This is because you stay awake all nights due to lack of sleep.
Being tired
Your muscles feel weakened and you are fatigued all the time that you can easily fall over. This is due to lack of eating hence muscles become weak.
Prolonged headache
You can experience prolonged headaches in that even if you take some painkillers, the headache is back again. This is a clear indication of depression.
