The loss of public resources to a few individuals has left many people desperate.

There is no way we will achieve the vision 2020 if corruption is not tamed.

Citizens must participate in the fight to end the monster. Here are three ways you can help fight corruption in Kenya:

1. Not voting for corrupt leaders

Electing corrupt leaders is one of the common mistakes Kenyans keep making over decades.

There is no way resources belonging to the public will remain safe if we elect corrupt leaders.

Any leader linked to corrupt dealings should be kicked of power.

2. Not giving or taking bribes during elections

A good percentage of politicians often give bribes during the election period.

As a citizen, do not be quick to give or take any bribe.

The high number of corrupt leaders have put the nation at risk. A corrupt nation is a failed nation.

3. Refuse to pay bribes at workplaces

It is common for some employers to ask for bribes from the job seekers.

Never give anyone money to receive favour at the end of the day. Corruption has taken root in most offices making it hard for us to achieve a corruption-free nation.
