Former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo has come out to claim that President Uhuru Kenyatta's Big Four Agenda is far from happening.
Kabogo who was speaking on Monday on Citizen TV pointed out different reasons behind its' failure among them being lack of finances.
He argued that Big Four projects will stall because the government has no money to finance them adding there are only two financial budgets left which would not be enough to complete his projects.
"Big Four will not happen. President Kenyatta has two budgets. I wonder how much money will be put into the projects with only two budgets as the third will be entirely be consumed by 2022 politics," Kabogo said.
He also blamed corrupt reign that has seen over Sh900 billion taxpayers money lost which would have meaningful development.
The governor further noted that President Kenyatta would be responsible for whatever has happened or not happened during his reign. He argues that an existing head of state takes full responsibility for his tenure with him as he leaves office.
