Everybody wants to look young and glowing. There are many beauty routines that people engage in. Some of them are good while others are the ones to blame for their damaged skin.
Nairobi County Women Representative Esther Passaris has now come out to reveal what she does to keep herself looking young and sexy, a move that many people should learn from.
In what she called her beauty guide, Passaris listed a number of things that people should do to keep their skin glowing. Here is what she does to maintain her body looking youthful:
1. Eating healthy meals and drinking a lot of water (8 glasses per day).
2. Having a facial once per month.
3. Removing make-up before going to bed to avoid skin breakage and acne.
4. Wearing sunscreen to protect her from the harsh ultra-violet rays from the sun.
5. Engages in facercises (making funny faces) daily to avoid wrinkles.
6. Engages in skincare routines. She cleanses, moisturises and tones her skin with a variety of products every day.
7. Getting enough sleep.
However, Passaris cautions that before using a beauty product, always make sure you seek advice from a doctor for the best products that suite your skin at that age.
