There are many things that come with friendship. Friendship can bring you happiness and at the same time, it can be a source of sorrow. Just like relationships, friendship too faces some ups and downs.
There are different ways to deal with friendship hardships.
Here are three common friendship problems and how to deal with them;
Broken promises
A broken promise will make you feel like you have been betrayed by a friend. However, instead of feeling sad or ending your friendship, try to find out why your friend didn’t fulfil their promise. This way, you will know the reason behind their unfulfilled promises and make up for it.
Feeling left out
Many people feel left out by their friends. This happens when you discover your friends did something but never involved you. When this happens, never jump into conclusions rather, ask your friends why they left you out. They might have a good reason for this action.
This is the hardest thing to do. However, sometimes it could be the best thing to do especially when you are in a toxic friendship. Always talk to someone (a specialist) about this and let them advise you accordingly. Sometimes you can choose to hang out with your family members or colleagues to avoid missing your friends.
