The skyscraper, Palm Exotjca, will be constructed at Watamu beach, in Malindi.
Information from the Palm Exotjca website confirmed the construction of the 61-storey building tower, an investment of investors from New York, South Africa and Italian billionaire Franco Rosco.
Towering at a height of 370 metres, Palm Exotjca pays tribute to luxurious yet eco-friendly design, organic cultural motifs and a holistic experience.
Situated moments from the pristine Watamu beach and the lush Marine National Park, Palm Exotjca will have a luxury hotel with 270 rooms managed and operated by a 5-star operator and international chain.
The tower boasts both tastefully furnished serviced apartments and prime hospitality real estate from deluxe rooms to penthouse suites occupying the highest levels of the building.
