ODM disciplinary committee under the stewardship of Joe Ager selected October 10th for hearing.
"The members mentioned below kindly appear before the disciplinary committee on 10/10/10.
"You will be required to show cause why disciplinary actions should not taken against you over the mentioned matter," read the letter.
They include Duke Masira, Abel Mose, George Abuga, Carolyne Mogere, Damaris Mouni and Monica Mwamba.
Last month, ODM wrote the to explain in writing why they defied the party's position to kick out Deputy Speaker Duke Omoti.
Mr. Omoti was ousted over misconduct and subsequently replaced by Ford Kenya's Robinson Mocheche.
While NASA is dominant in Nyamira assembly, ODM party has the largest position and Masira could lose his position should he be found culpable.
