"Our joy will be to see Sharon's killers being arrested, taken to court and handed death sentences for terminating two innocent lives," she added.

The investigation into Sharon's death continues.

On Friday, an autopsy report revealed that she was stabbed eight times and died from excessive bleeding.

The report also revealed that Sharon's unborn baby was wounded and died.

Detectives are holding Migori Governor Okoth Obado's Personal Assistant (PA)  Michael Oyamo in connection to the murder.

The deceased family has even linked Obado to the murder alleging that he was responsible for Sharon's pregnancy.

Governor Obado has refuted the claims, saying he has no hand in Sharon's murder.
