Miguna, the self-declared 'General' of the outlawed National Resistance Movement (NRM), has been castigating Jubilee regime, referring to President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William as 'despots'.

The vocal lawyer was early this year forcibly deported under mysterious circumstances to Canada on grounds he was in the country illegally.

He moved to court and filed a case which is still ongoing and is scheduled for hearing in November.

But Miguna now says he was ready to back government's efforts to unite the nation if it meets three conditions he has set.

In a post on his social media accounts, he stated Uhuru and Ruto must first come out and take responsibility of their 'sins' during the highly charged 2017 elections.

Miguna said they (Uhuru and Ruto) must apologise for rigging the elections, open the controversial servers of Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) and be taken to court for allegedly killing Kenyans who opposed their re-election bid.

"The day @UKenyatta and @WilliamsRuto PUBLICLY apologies for stealing elections; agrees to the INDEPENDENT AUDIT of the @IEBCKenya server; and are CHARGED and PROSECUTED for torturing and killing hundreds of civilians, is the day I'll support their "reconciliation" PR exercise," Miguna said on Tuesday.https://mobile.twitter.com/MigunaMiguna/status/1044576764809433088?p=v
