She says that people who suffer from insomnia should eat these foods to avoid being embarrassed at the interview.
Vitamin B also boosts self-esteem. Such foods include peas, spinach, and broccoli.
3. Whole Grain
Such foods release glucose into the bloodstream thereby, giving you instant energy.
They also increase mental alertness and concentration.
You should, therefore, eat brown cereals and brown bread to remain alert at the interview.
