A tutor from a Nairobi based institute told the writer in confidence that the consignment is still in Karen despite efforts to send it home. It was ferried from China.

"My worry is can Karen Institute be a warehouse for equipment meant for Bomachoge Chache! Can't this equipment be helpful to the residents of Bomachoge in training youths? he wondered.

According to the photos seen by this writer, the label on the consignment indicates it was sent to the ministry of education, department of vocational and technical education, meant for Riamo Technical Training Institute.

"Let him come out clear and explain. Let him tell us if the consignment is meant for Karen or Riamo. He should let people know," added the tutor.

However, when reached for a comment, Mr Miruka dismissed the claim as propaganda. He said such information is unverifiable, adding that some people are out to taint his name.

"That is propaganda my brother. I am not aware of such," he said via a text.

But the tutor further asked the MP to make follow up and ensure the consignment is delivered to Bomachoge-Borabu where it was assigned to.

"This cannot be propaganda. Let him just accept and ensure the learners access to the materials," he added

After heated conversation, the MP made a phone call conceding that the consignment indeed belongs to his constituency.
