Some people use the same sheets for months. Dirty sheets can leave you with different diseases. Make sure you change your sheets more often to make them look great.
2. Hanging out with your lover in bed
We spend most our time in our bedrooms. One of the worst mistakes you can make is hanging out with bae in your bed. Some people use their beds for different purposes including table and couch among others.
3. Sharing blankets & pillows
Sharing of these items might not be a good idea all the same. It is advisable for both of you to look for your own items. The inhaled moisture can be a breeding ground for harmful bacteria.
4. Not removing makeup before bedtime
One of the worst mistakes to make is going to bed with makeup. Remove makeup before you go to bed if you want to sleep soundly. In addition, your partner could be tempted to kiss you hence remove the makeup.
