Garissa Towship legislator Aden Duale has sent a message of good will to Migori women member of Parliament.
Speaking through his Twitter account, Duale pledged his prayers to Dr Pamela Odhiambo who was involved in a car accident early on Sunday.
Dr Odhiambo was headed to Homa Bay County to join Baringo Senator Hon Gideon Moi, who has been in the County holding public functions for the for the past two days.
His statement on Twitter read in part, "Wishing a quick recovery to Migori County Women Representative, Hon Pamela Odhiambo who was involved in a grisly road accident along Rongo - Homa Bay Road."
Duale went on to pass his message to the family of Fred Owich, Dr Pamela's body guard, who died onon spot.
He said, "My condolences to the family, friends and relatives of Mr. Fred Owich, who was the aide. May his soul rest in peace."
Speaking at the scene of the accident, Migori County police boss Mr Joseph Nthenge said the driver of the vehicle carrying the women representative and the body guard had tried to avoid hitting a motobike rider when he lost control causing the vehicle to several times.
ODM leader Raila Odinga has also commented on the accident through his twitter handle.
"I wish the MP quick recovery. My deep and sincere condolences to the family of Dr Odhiambo's bodyguard," he said.
