Nyamira Orange Democratic Movement party de facto leader Timothy Bosire insists that he doesn't have personal vendetta against Deputy President William Ruto.
Earlier on Wednesday, Bosire accused the DP of launching 'fake' projects across Gusii in the pretext of campaigning ahead of 2022.
But the party treasurer says his criticism to the DP is constructive, adding that it exposes his 'lies' on government.
"I have nothing against him other than his perennial lies. He relaunches old projects and does not even push for their completion.
"He has duped MPs who support him blindly. I have seen him thrice in Kitutu Masaba but non of the projects he commissioned has started months later. He's just a serial liar," he said in a call.
For the last four months, Ruto has pitched tent in the vast Gusii region, where he hopes to overturn Raila's fortunes in his favour.
But the former lawmaker warns that local leaders could fall prey into Ruto's 'theatrics' should they fail to check on the status of the projects.
"Local leaders should do fact finding about some of these projects. You cannot launch projects and take all that period before they commence. Some of them are fake."
Last weekend, Ruto returned to Kisii, a week after launching Kemera-Kiendege-Gachuba-Girango-Keumbu road which was identified during Bosire's tenure.
