The two are locked in a row involving the Senator's palatial residence in Nairobi's Runda Estate.

On Monday, the battle proceeded before High Court Judge John Onyiego where the Senator disowned the lady.

In court documents, Linturi claimed that he never married the woman, adding that she overstayed her visit after he welcomed her in as a guest.

The parliamentarian said that he is in a monogamous marriage with his wife Mercy Mithika.

"I am and have been in a monogamous marriage with Mercy Kaimenyi Mithika at all material times to these proceedings,” he said according to the Monday Nation.

But according to Kittany who asked the court to grant her orders to remain in the house, they got married in 2006 before embarking on joint wealth accumulation.

She said that the row erupted in October, resulting to the Senator hiring goons to kick her and her children out of the house last week.

But the Senator argued that the lady owns a large number of properties through her relatives and children from where she can get an alternative residence.

In his ruling, Justice Onyiego allowed the lady access to the house where she is supposed to collect her belongings pending further directions on January 31.
