NASA coalition Chief Executive Officer Norman Magaya has hailed God for helping him clock another year.
In a passionate message on his Twitter account posted on Sunday, Magaya says that he never believed that he would leave to see another year in his life.
According to him, his health challenges for the last six months have been devastating, adding that he's grateful to see another year.
"On my birthday today, I have nothing but gratitude to God for giving me an opportunity to see another year," he said.
"It never appeared to me I would get an opportunity to celebrate another birthday given my health condition in the last six months! To God be the glory as of the battle on," added Magaya.
Mr Magaya suffered from a heart attack in May this year and was subsequently rushed to the Nairobi Hospital.
Afterwards, his health deteriorated forcing ODM leader Raila Odinga to call for his airlifting to India where he has been getting treatment.
Magaya is known for his criticism against Jubilee administration which cost him a nomination to East Africa Legislative Assembly due to ODM's animosity with Jubilee.
However, he was appointed as a board member to Kenya Films and Classification Board when President Uhuru Kenyatta reconciled with Raila Odinga last year.
