Kibwana indictates that the party will hold a series of national delegates meetings before unveiling the strategy.Speaking to journalists in Makueni Town on Monday, Kibwana who is also Makueni governor said that they are waiting for Kalonzo's return from Germany before finalizing and unveiling the strategy.The Makueni county boss said that the strategy details on steps that the party will adopt to ensure Kalonzo is on the ballot and clinches the presidency in 2022."We have started planning for 2022 and this time time roumd we are determined to make sure that Kalonzo clinches the top seat," he said on Monday .Kibwana noted that Wiper party plans for 2022 will not in any way interfere with NASA's planned activities including the swearing in of Raila Odinga as the people's president.He said that despite Wiper being a partner in NASA coalition , it remains independent and free to run its affairs.The Wiper Party acting chairperson said that the party will also be making internal changes and structures once party leader returns.He said that the changes will be aimed at strengthening the party especially in grass root areas where it has lost dominace.There have been claims that Kalonzo's party plans to quit NASA on fears that its party leader will be shortchanged in 2022.Kalonzo signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NASA leader Raila Odinga that is to see him automatically fly the alliance presidential ticket in 2022.A section of Wiper politicians have been urging Kalonzo to dump NASA on grounds that Raila will betray him again in 2022.The Wiper leader is currently in Germany attending to his ailing wife and he will be expected in the country as push to swear in Raila Odinga gains fresh momentum.
