Kapseret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi now says he's ready to deal with anyone opposed to Deputy President William Ruto's 2022 presidential bid.
Sudi specifically send a warning shot at Kalenjin leaders who have been seen as opposed to the DPs' bid to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta.
"I have said, whoever is still interfering with DP Ruto's way in 2019 and belongs to Kalenjin community, then we shall meet with you," said Sudi at Kibabet village on Friday.
In a video shared on Facebook, the second-time MP further said the Kalenjin community stand to benefit a lot should Ruto succeed to become president.
He pointed out more funds being channelled to Moi University as one of the benefits of DP Ruto's presidency.
"The day a Kalenjin gets a presidential seat is a day Moi University will be built," said Sudi who also asked locals and church leaders to pray for Ruto's ambitions to come true.
The vocal MP also challenged Moi University's planning noting that Kesses is conducive for learning hence need to return the School of Law and other Eldoret campus to the main campus.
"It cannot be possible that the university has over 30,000 hectares and spread its schools resulting to no more good students, " Sudi said in the video.
"Someone in Mombasa, Nairobi and other parts could want his/her child to join Moi University due to a conducive environment. It is located in a good remote area," he added.
