Miguna Miguna was blocked from accessing Raila Odinga's Twitter account for making unsubstantiated allegations, a close aide to the latter has revealed.

On Friday, Miguna Miguna, who was deported for admitting presidential oath on Raila, revealed the latest encounter with former PM.

"Mr. Hand-Chequer, @RailaOdinga, the chief cowardly hypocrite, blocks me on @Twitter as "TREASON: The Case Against Tyrants and Renegades" nears release. It's going to be an EXPLOSIVE REVOLUTIONARY engagement ahead. Cheers!" he wrote.https://twitter.com/MigunaMiguna/status/1066098486616223745?s=19.

For a number of occasions now, Miguna Miguna has claimed that Raila may have conspired with Jubilee administration to throw him out of the country.

But according to the aide, Raila was angry with Miguna's persistent attacks on unsubstantiated claims about his character.

"He usually tags H. E Raila when tweeting. To many it worse, he girls all sorts of insults. That is why he was blocked permanently," he said in confidence.

In April, Deputy President William Ruto also blocked the controversial lawyer, after nasty exchanges in a series of tweets.

From 2008 to 2011, Miguna Miguna worked as Raila's senior advisor on matters coalition government which also featured President Mwai Kibaki.
