Those waiting for a response from ODM leader Raila Odinga over his links to the gold scam will have to wait for a little bit longer.
The scam which is allegedly involving Kenya's top political leaders and the Saudi Prince has been the topic of discussion recently.
ODM leader is among those being linked to it.
However, in a tweet, the Orange party communication Director Philip Etale hinted that Raila may not be responding to the allegations any time soon.
"So the busybody thinks Raila Odinga will respond to his innuendos and tired propaganda. Hehe, he will wait longer" reads Etale's tweet.
Politicians allied to Deputy President William Ruto, famously known as team 'Tanga Tanga' have accused Raila and other opposition leaders of being involved in the fake gold Scam.
DP Ruto, in fact, wanted the opposition leaders to carry their own cross and not to drag the name of President Uhuru Kenyatta in the saga.
“I tell our brothers in the opposition not to import their bad habits to Jubilee; they should shun engaging in dirty deals, corruption and conning others. These people who are political conmen turned business conmen should carry their cross alone,” Ruto was quoted by Daily Nation.
In an audio conversation between a person sounding like Bungoma senator Moses Wetangula and alleged representative to the Arab Prince, the names of Raila, Uhuru and Interior CS Fred Matiang'i were mentioned.
