It is an event planning, production, and management company based in Nairobi.
The company's CEO is Kevin Mulei, who is the founder of the annual Groove Awards, that seeks to recognise and reward top gospel artistes in East Africa.
The company also owns NRG radio, which was the brains behind the Rick Ross concert that was held at the Ngong Racecourse a few months ago.
