Mombasa Governor Hassan Ali Joho has made new appointments and transfers in the Sub-county Administration in a new plan to enhance service delivery to citizens at the grassroot level.
The new changes which were communicated on Wednesday, by the Sub-county Coordinator Idris Abdirahman affect all the six Sub-county Administrators and a few Ward Administrators and takes effect immediately.
The new appointments are as follows:
Sub-county Administrators
1. Hezron - Changamwe
2. Dan Abwao - Jomvu
3. Rachael Kavata - Kisauni
4. Mohamed Abubakar - Nyali
5. Ali Mwachamanga - Likoni
6. Salim Kingi - Mvita
In the part of Ward Administrators, Hellen Keara who has been serving as the Ward Administrator for Mtongwe Ward has been transferred to Likoni Ward.
Ahmed Khamis, who was the Ward Administrator for Likoni Ward, has now been moved to the office of the Sub-county Coordinator as Coordination Assistant in charge of monitoring and evaluation.
