The brother to slain Nation Centre employee Mildred Odira now claims that his life is in danger.
Carrington Odira now says that ‘people who killed’ her sister are after his life but vowed to remain steadfast in ensuring justice for her fallen kin.
Mildred Odira went missing after boarding a taxi to hospital a week ago only for her body to be discovered at the City Mortuary on Monday.
Speaking to Citizen Digital, Mr. Odira noted that he was followed home by two people in an unmarked motorbike on Monday.
“We left there at 8 in the night and there were two guys following us – me and my cousin Boniface Kaseo. Today in the morning around 7, I opened my gate and found two guys on a motorcycle and they told me ‘drop Mildred’s case or follow your sister’… I reported the matter to Tassia police,” he was quoted by Citizen Digital.
“Even with all these threats, I am not moved, if Milly’s case will take me to the ground, I am ready, so be it. It is so painful. Someone slaughters one of your children like Mildred then again come to threaten you. Let them come and kill me but the truth will stand,” he added.
Odira was accompanied by Suba North Member of Parliament Millie Odhiambo.
