Just a day after a 6th year Moi University medical student was axed to death, another unfortunate incident is again in the headlines.
According to Citizen Digital, a family from Shamberere village in Malava Constituency of Kakamega County is in a mourning state after their kin was reportedly hacked to death by her husband following a domestic dispute.
The incident is said to have happened at the husband's house on the outskirts of Eldoret town.
The deceased lady who has since been identified as Khanali Mwonobe was stabbed on the neck using a kitchen knife where she bled to death.
Witnesses revealed that the couple frequently engaged in domestic fights that eventually drove the man to pick a knife and stab his wife to death.
Cases of domestic feuds and love triangles are steadily on the rise in Uasin Gishu county. The most affected group of people are newlyweds and university students dealing with multiple lovers.
