Speaking during an exclusive interview with Hivisasa, Shambi said they will not tolerate such illegal businesses to take place in government houses.

He revealed that they have already made a communication to the County Government of Nakuru over the same.

According to the DCC, over 50 county houses in Nakuru East are involved in illicit brew business and time is now for the tenants to vacate the houses as it is illegal for such to happen.

“We have made a communication to the County Government over the same and what we are saying is that the tenants leave the houses or they face the law,” said Shambi.

The administrator insisted that they will not relent in the crackdown of illicit brew in Nakuru East until all the dens are swept away.

He asked those engaging in the same to stop before the law takes its course.
