The Kenyan gospel industry is full of surprises and controversies.
The gospel artists have many things they do in their lives that people sometimes question how they sing to us the gospel and why we listen to their songs.
One big controversy happened recently when the “Story Yangu” hit maker Bahati decided to double tap on a half-naked butt photo on Instagram.
Could he have double tapped by mistake or it was out of fun?
Well, he is a human being, a man to be precise and such a tempting thing could have been too much for him.
However, according to his career and beliefs, it is very wrong if he will go ahead and start liking half-naked women on social media.
In fact, it is not good for him to be friends with slay queens who post their nudes and all other funny and interesting photos on social media.
As Kenyans and people who are saved, we want our gospel artists to lead us through songs and actions that show we know what we are and what we are doing.
Unfortunately for Bahati, his action has betrayed him.
People who sing for the Lord should be righteous. I'm not judging but once bitten, twice shy.
I want to believe this was a mistake he did once not to repeat again not unless he is quitting the gospel music.
