The administration of Maseno University has urged its graduates to collect their certificates and official transcripts at the university's main campus.
The exercise commenced on 18th February and will run until 29th March.
Already most of the graduates from the School of Development and Strategic studies have collected their scripts.
The other students are expected to collect their certificates as follows:
Wednesday 27th February To Friday 1st March 2019: School Of Mathematics, Actuarial And Applied Statistics Institute Of Gender Studies
Monday 4th March to Wednesday 6th March 2019: School Of Medicine, School Of Agriculture and Food Security
Thursday 7th March to Monday 11th March 2019: School Of Physical and Biological Sciences School of Computing and Informatics
Tuesday 12th March 2018 to Friday 15th March 2019: School of EducationMonday 18th to Wednesday 20th March 2019 School of Arts and Social Sciences
Thursday 21st March 2018 To Tuesday 26th March 2019: School of Environment and Earth Sciences School of Planning and architecture
Wednesday 27th March 2018 to Friday 29th March 2019: School of Public Health and Community Development
Graduates will have to produce their original National Identity Card, Clearance Form, nil balance fee Statement from Finance Office, gown hiring form or letter confirming non - attendance of Graduation and receipt for payment of Convocation fees for those who never attended the Graduation Ceremony.
Those who will fail to collect their certificates before 29th March will pay Sh 1200 storage charges.
