Arati claimed that Duale and Mbadi have turned to be cartels supporting cartels to sell contaminated sugar in the country.

"Duale and Mbadi have turned to be cartels. They trashed out a report tabled at the National assembly by a committee which was probing contaminated sugar on grounds that the report was not complete. Duale and Mbadi received a bribe of Sh10,000 for lead other MPs in throwing out the report," he said.

Arati urged Kenyans to ignore Mbadi and Duale since they have put their interest first instead of the electorates' interests.

"Kenyans should not listen to Mbadi and Duale who are noisemakers. I being among the few MPs who wanted the report to be discussed and disciplinary actions taken on the offenders will ensure we fight impunity from a different angle," he noted.

He called on MPs to stop accepting bribes from cartels to mislead Kenyans.

Arati said Kenyan sugarcane farmers should be allowed to sell sugarcane to sugar millers for sugar to be processed locally.

He was speaking during an interview with KTN news on Friday.
