Jayson DeMers says employees who are satisfied and happy will not leave the company, therefore, the process of acquiring new ones is minimized.

If your employees are unhappy, you will realize the following signs:

1. Time obsession

Unhappy employees would show up late in the morning and tend to leave early. Everyone is always excited about free time or break time. However, employees who are unhappy at work always keep checking their clocks to get done as soon as possible. "This means they are unhappy and wish to get out of the work station," explains Jayson DeMers.

2. They do not propose new ideas

Employees who are satisfied with their workplaces are all the time thinking of new ideas to make their company more successful and point out the challenges the company is facing. If you're an employer and you notice no new ideas or challenges are posed by your employees then know they are dissatisfied. Moiz Noorani notes that unhappy employees will allow no room for questions or discussions.

3. Threatening to quit

According to Angie Herbers, a happy employee would ensure they witness the prosperity of the company. An unhappy employee will all the time threaten of leaving the job citing different reasons that could have been made known to the manager and no action was taken.
