This act normally comes out as super sweet in the movies. But in real life, this kind of behaviour is very dangerous and makes you look like a psycho.

If you want to see someone, it is very much more polite and respectful to text them first and organizes for your meeting at a convenient place and time. Trying to show up unannounced at someone's door is very rude and at an extent, it makes you look desperate at your best.
