The two leaders fell out during Jubilee first term when the former Bomet Governor served as Council of Governors chair. He criticised most of Jubilee Party's undertakings.

Speaking on Sunday, he revealed that he dislikes DP Ruto's mode of operation, terming him a man who likes to bulldoze his way through matters.

The Chama Cha Mashinani (CCM) boss said that Ruto always wants to have his way on everything without consulting others.

"I have worked and disagreed with him because he wants to have his way in everything. There are no consultations," he said on K24's Punchline show on Sunday night.

He, however, remained non-committal on DP Ruto's 2022 presidential bid adding that Ruto's fate lies squarely in the hands of Kenyans.

"I cannot be judgmental, that would be unfair because I am not fighting for a position with him. But Kenyans can judge him basing on what he has been doing," he added.
