Nandi Senator Samson Cherargei has revealed a reason why Kenyans need to celebrate President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto.
The vocal senator said Uhuru and Ruto should be celebrated for agreeing to break small political parties and form one national party.
"Kenyans need to celebrate Uhuru and Ruto because they agreed to form one party for all Kenyans, unlike opposition. It is sad that people are celebrating the handshake more instead of celebrating UhuRuto," noted Cherargei.
The Jubilee Senator further warned NASA leader Raila Odinga against bringing chaos in the Jubilee party saying the handshake was meant to unite the country.
"Raila need to unite the country through the handshake but not targeting to enter into Jubilee government to cause divisions. We are not going to allow him to split Jubilee party because he has a bad record of causing chaos," said the senator.
Cherargei also confirmed that DP Ruto is not opposed to the graft war as opposition leaders claim and claimed that the DP's presidential bid has sent opposition team into a panic.
"There is no need for politicians opposed to Ruto to spread lies about DP Ruto's stand on graft because he (Ruto) is behind the graft war," he added.
