Although there is no perfect time for success, there is always a certain age that the community and your family expect much from you, especially men.
At age 35, one is expected to have completed the basic level of education.
This is the time when the society expects too much from you, and unless you live up to these three things, then you will not be considered 'competent' enough;
1. Get rid of simple debts
At age 35, one is not expected to be still living with simple debts.
It is a time when one should be collecting all parts of life, put them together and calculate future plans.
You shouldn't be struggling to settle simple debts at age 35.
The only form of debt that fits this age is a house or car mortgage.
2. Get a place you call your house or your home
How funny does it sound living in your parents' or sibling's house at the age of 35?
That doesn't add up.
At this age, one is expected to be living under his or her own roof, with a spouse and child.
It can be your own house or a rental house, as long as you call it your home, and not somebody else'.
3. Be serious about saving money
Again, 35 is not an age when one expects to be reminded to save money for the future.
Although saving can be impossible sometimes, any person of this age should always find it a norm to save whenever money comes in.
By saving your hard earned money, you will be able to address emergencies that could come in future.
