Six ODM legislators from Nyamira County Assembly will make a return to Orange House this Wednesday over indiscipline as Raila Odinga's party intensifies actions against rebels.
The six are accused of kicking out Deputy Speaker Duke Omoti contrary to the party's wishes in August.
On Thursday, a court sitting in Kisumu reinstated Mr. Omoti, who has however been replaced by Bonyamatuta MCA Robinson Mocheche.
Among those facing disciplinary actions include Majority Leader Duke Masira, Abel Mose and George Abuga.
Others include Caroline Mogere and Damaris Mouni. Ms. Mouni is also facing another legal battle after the party disowned his nomination.
Lawyer Tony Moturi of the ODM party had served all the six MCAs and are due to appear on 10th.
