1. Being attentive and respecting every party's point of view

Do not try to increase your anger when arguing with the other party rather, be calm and do not disregard their point of view because this might worsen the situation. 

Be keen and give each party the chance to provide for a solution. This will greatly helps in rebuilding the family bond.

2. Having family meetings

Plan a time for all the family members to be available and point out the problem and let every member of the family suggest a solution to it. Give every member an opportunity to express their views. Together, agree on a suitable solution. Ensure you meet as often as possible to solve the problems before they become worse.

3. Moving away from the family members who do not see your worth

If your family members will never change or become too abusive, accept the situation and distance yourself from them physically either in another house or town and also emotionally. This will help in focusing more on the activities that will make you grow and appreciate yourself.
