Former Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire has asked elected leaders in Nyamira County to serve the electorates with integrity all times.
The vocal ODM politician while speaking on Sunday at Nyansiongo Parish in Nyansiongo ward after attending a church service, said Nyamira residents deserves better services.
"Leaders should not embezzle public resources but, use the funds to initiate various development projects across the county which shall benefit our people," said Bosire.
According to the ex-lawmaker, leaders with questionable integrity will find it hard to defend their seats in 2022 when Kenyans will go into the ballot.
He maintained that money won't buy voters if leaders won't perform.
"Politicians thinking they will dish out money in 2022 to voters so that they can be elected are day dreaming because out people won't be bought cheaply. All that is needed is quality service delivery, proper use of public funds to funds projects to improve the lives of our people,"he added.
Bosire urged Nyamira Governor John Nyagarama to fulfill the campaign promises he made to the people during the last year's polls.
