Deputy President William Ruto's daughter June Ruto resurfaced after several months which were coupled by controversy over her appointment to Foreign Mission in Warsaw, Poland.
Foreign Affairs Minister Monica Juma shared photos of her with Ms Ruto, the eldest in the family of six on Wednesday when she toured Poland.
Monica wrote on Twitter: "Arrived in Warsaw, Poland this morning to attend the Warsaw Summit which will be looking at security in the Middle East, taking place tomorrow. Was received by June Ruto, Charge D’Affaires."
"Had a briefing session with the Kenyan delegation in Warsaw ahead of the summit tomorrow," she added moments after meeting June Ruto's team.
Coincidentally, miles away from Poland, June's young brother Nick Ruto was among 200 lawyers who were admitted to the bar in a ceremony that was presided over by Chief Justice David Maraga.
The two children of the DP are most popular in this family and often take charge of their father's political activities.
They are common figures in fundraisers. Ms Ruto was adversely mentioned in the controversial Weston Hotel land saga, where she is listed as one of the directors. The father has since admitted that the land was illegally acquired.
