Former Senate Minority Leader Moses Wetangula has sensationally claimed that Majority Leader Kipchumba Murkomen now wants radical changes in IEBC, barely a year after he defended the Wafula Chebukati team.
Throughout 2017 polls, I charged Murkomen, while leading Jubilee brigade, opposed changed in the electoral body contrary to the pursuit by opposition NASA.
In a tweet on Friday, the Bungoma senator however welcomed Murkomen, a close ally to DP William Ruto, in pushing for radical changes within the electoral body.
"Sen Murkomen, my distinguished learned junior, is smelling electoral injustice. The Mulembe community has a saying that even the circumciser's son feels pain.

When President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga reconciled after divisive 2017 elections, one of the binding agreement was to push for genuine electoral reforms to avert post election violence in future.
The DP's camp is increasingly becoming worried of possible rigging in 2022 even as Murkomen joked on Wetangula's tweet claiming that the account which posted was pseudo.
