The former Kiambu County Governor William Kabogo has now come out to back up Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi is exposing the rot among the Supreme Court judges.
Taking to his twitter account on Saturday, the flamboyant politician asked SC Ahmednasir Abdullahi to forward the name of that judge he claimed received money during different cases including the elections petition to the Director of Criminal Investigations.
“SC why don’t you give evidence to the DCI for the judge to be arrested,” said Kabogo.
Kabogo was reacting to Abdullahi allegations that a Supreme Court judge had asked for Sh.50 million and was given during the election petitions.
The lawyer claimed that the judge had asked for the same amount during the other 5 cases. Surprisingly, Ahmednasir stated that revealed that Chief Justice David Maraga knows about this yet he does nothing.
“Everybody knows the fact that a judge of the SUPREME COURT OF KENYA charged 50 million Shillings a case during the election petitions. Yet the CJ and JSC do nothing about this...I know for a fact 5 specific cases the judge asked for and was given that sum....@dkmaraga,” said Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi.
Abdullahi revealed that he will name the judges who take bribes on Monday.
