This happens weeks after Magix Enga took to his Instagram page claiming that Harmonize had stolen his beat without his permission. Magix Enga claimed that the beat was copyrighted from his song “Dundaing.”

He issued Harmonize with an ultimatum of one week for him to delete the song from YouTube which did not happen and Magix Enga decided to take action on his own by deleting it. His action aroused a lot of critics from Harmonize's fans whereby many wondered how he managed to delete the song.

In an interview with Radio Citizen on Mambo Mseto show, Magix assured Willy M.Tuva the host, that all the channels that he used in deleting the song, “Uno” from YouTube were genuine.

However, a few days later after the removal of the song from YouTube, the “Uno” was returned. His arrest which has now happened a week later upon the return of the “Uno” song on YouTube, has brought about confusion as he had already returned the song and moved on.
