Most of the netizens seemed to be impressed by the song and commended the two musicians for the motivation they offered through the song.

The netizens cited that the song reminded them of the traditional gospel where artistes focused more on the message and not on the rhythm of the song.

In the song, Rose Muhando narrates the problems and hardships she has gone through but managed to emerge victorious in the end and praises God for it.

Some of the netizens went ahead and compared Ringtone to his rival Willy Paul. According to them, the level of maturity shown by Ringtone n the new song was what is needed in the gospel industry.

The collabo reminded many of Ringtone's collabo with Christina Shusho on the song 'Tenda Wema' which was one of the most successful gospel songs.

They pointed out that he has chemistry with Tanzanian singers and therefore should do more collabos with them.

The Kenyans on Twitter commended Rose Muhando for being strong and overcoming her challenges. They termed it as a good move for her to use her story to motivate and encourage others.
