Comrades who wish to take leadership path in the future always have a dream of being students leaders.
In Moi University, this has been the case over the years but this academic year the student leader, precisely the Secretary-General might be much more different from any other student leader in the institution.
Daniel Njapit Mwaana popularly Known as DNA, a 24-year-old student who was recently endorsed by his fellow students for future Moi University Students Organization (MUSO) elections as their Secretary General has unique characters that makes him the favourite choice of the comrades.
The following characters have surely made Njapit the favourite to most of the comrades who have taken into account that he will be the next Secretary General in the Kesses-based university.
Speaking to Hivisasa, a number of Moi University students revealed that Njapit is humble and that opportunity would enable him to serve the entire institution in the right way.
"DNA is a humble guy, we have endorsed him to vie for next MUSO elections as the secretary general because he will ensure that the institution is heading in the right way as far as the comrades' affairs are concerned," Philip Olelepat said
Secondly, Njapit is a good speaker. He amazes many with his perfect eloquence and the choice of words and comrades believe he will channel their issues to the administration clearly.
"Daniel is a good speaker, his speeches are like of our president Uhuru. I am very sure he will be our voice and he will represent us appropriately," said Bernice Njeptoo.
The 'future' MUSO secretary-general has also stood out as the best comrades' leader due to his good leadership skills.
"Daniel Njapit is always a leader, I believe he was born to lead as portrayed by his characters. Back at home this guy is the youth leader and he is well recognized in the whole of Narok county and hopefully, that opportunity to be in MUSO leadership will shape him for future politics back at home," Narrated Brian Lemaiyan, who happens to be a neighbour of Njapit at home
Several other students vying for different dockets come out revealing that they are ready to support Daniel when that time comes.
"I will also vie for delegate 001 that is Academic docket and am ready to compete fairly with other aspiring comrades and am also ready to support my brother Daniel Njapit," revealed Brian Sankei.
