Mengi, who was the chairman of IPP companies died at the age of 75 on Thursday while receiving treatment in Dubai. 

A video of the billionaire sharing romantic times with his wife, Jacqueline Ntuyabaliwe Mengi has surfaced online. 

The tycoon, who owned properties across East Africa, shows nothing but love to the woman who stood with him until his last breath. 

He says in the video that he would have wished to marry her for the second time if he was given a chance to remarry.

Mengi also said that Lynn, who became famous for the song 'Nalia Kwa Furaha' featuring Bushoke, is the best thing that has ever happened to his life. 

He describes their marriage as a union made in heaven. 

“Our wedding or our marriage was a match made in heaven, that’s why it’s so special. If God was to call us today, I would ask God for permission, to see if it’s possible for me to marry her in heaven. So that forever and ever she will be my wife,” Mengi says while staring at his wife directly in the eye as they exchanged smiles.
