Whether you are a man or a woman, choosing to be strong is never a bad idea. It just feels good to be strong especially for the men.
Here are three workouts you can do at home or at the gym to get stronger faster;
1. Squats
Squats are good for strengthening your legs. It is a workout that guarantees you power in your legs by strengthening all the muscles around that region right from your waist. You can do this by keeping your feet wide apart, lower your hips as you keep your back flat, then continue to lower yourself until your thighs are parallel to the floor and move up and down for a good number of times to make it effective.
2. Chin-ups or pull-ups
Pull-ups or chin-ups is more of lifting your own body. It gives you strength in your arms. It is quite simple and almost requires no equipment.
All you need is a crossbar which you will hold on to and then lift your body. Your hands should be shoulder-width apart and then pull yourself upwards until your chest touches the bar. Again, do this for a significant number of times to make it effective.
3. Sit-ups
Sit-ups are very effective for the strength of the core or rather the midway part of the body; abdomen and back. Lay down straight on the floor, with your hands holding the back of your head.
Now let someone or something hold your toes. While you keep your legs laying flirt on the floor, lift your upper body up from your waist. Repeat this a number of times for it to be effective.
